What Is the BMO SME Climate Clinic?

The BMO SME Climate Clinic is one of the first programs of its kind in Canada, designed to close the gap between climate ambition and action by connecting business needs with the next generation of climate talent. Through experiential learning, the program connects the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the next generation of climate talent.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of the economy, yet many are being asked to measure and report their emissions without the capacity to do so. At the same time, students are seeking hands-on experience in climate and carbon accounting — skills that employers increasingly demand.
