When will my course evaluations become available?
Instructors can access their course evaluation results after final grades have been submitted to the Registrar’s Office. Once the results are released, instructors will receive an email notification from the system.
| Evaluation Period | Release Date |
|---|---|
| Fall Term (September-December) | January 15 |
| Winter Term (January-April) | May 15 |
| Early summer courses (Summer term 1) | August 15 |
| Late summer courses (Summer term 2) | October 15 |
Instructors teaching courses in the MBA RHL Graduate Programs (FTMBA, MBAN, MMDD, and MM) may experience a delay in accessing their course evaluations, as these evaluation periods are incorporated into the full-term evaluation cycles for Fall and Winter.
For example, instructors teaching in P1 or P6 (September to mid-October) will not receive access to their course evaluations until January 15, when evaluations are released as part of the Winter Term 1 evaluation cycle. Similarly, instructors teaching in P3 (January to mid-February) will not receive access to their evaluations until May 15, when they are released as part of the Winter Term 2 evaluation cycle.
Any instructor who has a legitimate reason to access evaluations earlier than the scheduled release date (for purposes such as re-hiring or promotion), needs to gain approval from the Dean's Office first and then contact osasoperations@sauder.ubc.ca.
