Alumni can impact the academic development of students in a multitude of ways: co-writing a company or industry case study, giving a guest lecture, or offering your company to be used as a “live client” for student projects.
Share your stories and words of advice to student or alumni audiences by giving a keynote presentation, workshop or participating on a panel. Speaking opportunities exist through student-run conference and club events, orientation programs, the Business Career Centre and UBC Sauder’s Alumni Engagement Office.
Time Commitment: 2 to 3 hours
Networking events are a great way to meet students and share industry knowledge and insights from your career journey. These opportunities also aid in the professional development of students and offer space for students to have career exploration conversations with alumni.
Time Commitment: 2 to 3 hours
Do you have employment opportunities at your company? We invite alumni to post job opportunities, offer company info sessions or work directly with the Hari B. Varshney Business Career Centre to hire UBC Sauder students.
