An introduction to Elicia Salzberg
I come to the classroom from “Big Law”. I was a business lawyer. My practice was made up of mostly mergers and acquisitions and financings. I adored it. My work spanned a range of industries, but I was mostly concentrated in technology and consumer retail. Being in the classroom and sharing the building blocks of business (in first year) and commercial and real estate law (in third and fourth year) is a dream come true for me. My aim is to bring even an ounce of the incredibly fulfilling and complex fields that are business and the law into the classroom in a way that both engages and encourages.
