Duncan is legal counsel to the City of Vancouver, where he advises the City on a variety of commercial, technological, procurement, land, and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining the City, Duncan spent many years at the Vancouver office of one of Canada’s largest law firms. An enthusiastic but devastatingly untalented runner, skier, and hockey player, you can speak with Duncan about the law if you really want, but he’d prefer it if you went with traveling or movies or improbably true tales of survival in distant places instead.
