About the Facilitators:
Marc-David L. Seidel is an Associate Professor of OBHR at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Having worked with the creator of the first Campus-Wide Information System (CUInfo) well before HTML and the internet existed, he sees similar potential in blockchain technologies for fundamentally changing many of our existing assumptions about official organizations.
Chris Rowell is a Postdoctoral Research and Teaching Fellow at the UBC Sauder School of Business, and received his Doctorate in Science, in the field of Technology Strategy and Venturing, from Aalto University in Helsinki. His research is in strategy and innovation, with a particular focus on blockchain and other new technologies that hold potential to fundamentally disrupt established ways of organizing.
