Sauder undergraduates continued their winning streak in two more business case competitions after taking top honours in the Inter-Collegiate Business Competition last month at Queen's University.

Sauder was School of the Year at the 2011 JDC West, the largest student business competition in Western Canada, held at the University of Saskatchewan. Placing in the top-five in 12 of 13 categories, the team took first place in Entrepreneurship, Finance, International Business, Debate and Sport, second place in Tax, and third place in Not-for-Profit Strategy. The team also defended its title of Academic School of the Year, earning Sauder its fourth victory in this category in the past six years.

At the National Investment Banking Competition and Conference held in downtown Vancouver, Sauder’s undergraduate team beat out the team from Queen’s University to take the $4000 grand prize.
