Lingtao Yu
Lingtao Yu is an assistant professor at Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Division at Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Lingtao holds a PhD in Business Administration from University of Minnesota. Lingtao’s research mainly focuses on the “dark side” of organizational behavior including abusive leadership, toxic emotions, and workplace deviance. In the classroom, Lingtao aims to foster an engaging and interactive learning environment, create a culture of respect and support for diversity, and highlight scientific evidence-based management practice.
About the lecture format
This lecture will give you a glimpse of what you can look forward to as a student at UBC Sauder.
Delivered live, online. We will be using Zoom, a secure, free and easy-to-use web application. The sample lecture will be recorded, and posted for viewing after the session.
At UBC Sauder, the classroom is a dynamic learning environment. All of our online lectures will include interactive elements. Please come ready to participate - but don’t worry, there’s no pre-readings to complete!

Although the lecture is free, registration is required. The same lecture will be delivered multiple times to accommodate different time zones, so please only register for one time slot.
