Tour the UBC Sauder building

Recently renovated at a cost of $70m, the modern, high-tech UBC Sauder building contains bright, spacious common areas such as CPA Hall and the Sauder Cafe, as well as breakout rooms and program-specific student lounges with large-screen TVs, pool tables and other facilities. 

UBC Sauder is known for our collegial atmosphere, and the building is designed to foster a spirit of collaboration and creativity.

Robert H. Lee Graduate School

The Robert H. Lee Graduate School

A substantial new space dedicated to graduate programs, the centre provides classrooms, along with meeting and breakout rooms equipped with videoconferencing technology, a private patio, and environments for socializing and individual study.

 
 
Hari B. Varshney Business Career Centre

The Hari B. Varshney Business Career Centre

Located at the main entrance to the building, the Business Career Centre brings together the UBC Sauder academic and business communities. Working closely with leading employers, the centre provides extensive resources to position students for success after graduation. 

 
 
The Big 4 Conference Centre

The Big 4 Conference Centre

Supported by the “Big 4” professional services firms – Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and PricewaterhouseCoopers – the new conference centre provides 360-degree views of mountains and ocean. The centre offers space to for faculty, staff and students to interact with alumni and members of the business community.

 
 
Canaccord Learning Commons

Canaccord Learning Commons (CLC)

Expanding well beyond the functions of a traditional business library, CLC provides students with a digital media studio, computer workstations, collaborative work spaces, and workshops and other academic services. CLC also organizes speaker events throughout the academic year, with past speakers including Kofi Annan, Malcolm Gladwell and Steve Levitt.

 
 
David Lam Library

David Lam Library

Housed within the CLC, the David Lam Management Research Library provides collections and research support in the areas of commerce and business administration. Business librarians provide research skills workshops and a drop-in research help service.

Wayne Deans Investment Analysis Centre

Offering Bloomberg terminals, Standard & Poor’s Capital IQ workstations and Thomson Reuters Datastream workstations, the analysis centre is a powerful hub providing students and faculty with access to global capital markets data in real time.
