Empowering students for career and organizational success
UBC Sauder is committed to developing transformational and responsible business leaders for British Columbia and the world. In order to fulfill this commitment, the school must provide students opportunities to discover their core values, avenues to learn to act with conviction, and resources that develop the competencies needed to navigate and excel in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.
Recognizing that success in the interview room and later in the workforce goes beyond just iterative preparation, UBC Sauder’s Hari B. Varshney Business Career Centre (BCC) is currently in the process of transforming from a traditional career centre that provides tools to help students find jobs, into a resource-rich personal and professional development centre that provides innovative tailored programming to help students develop increased confidence, presence and self-awareness, as well as the ability to inspire growth and conviction in themselves and in others.
Your support will help the BCC develop a new generation of responsible leaders who can drive business and innovation in Canada and throughout the world.
