Recognizing that success in the interview room and later in the workforce goes beyond just iterative preparation, UBC Sauder’s Hari B. Varshney Business Career Centre (BCC) is currently in the process of transforming from a traditional career centre that provides tools to help students find jobs, into a resource-rich personal and professional development centre that provides innovative tailored programming to help students develop increased confidence, presence and self-awareness, as well as the ability to inspire growth and conviction in themselves and in others.
