Reciprocity is the recognition and acceptance of licensing or registration status from outside of the province. These materials have been designed for individuals who are presently, or have been previously licensed/registered outside of Saskatchewan (within the past 2 years), and who wish to become registered as a real estate professional within Saskatchewan. Before you register for access to these materials, you are advised to read and follow the directions in the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission's License/Registration Reciprocity Guidelines document.
The information contained in The Real Estate Reciprocity Information Materials package is designed to facilitate the registration to trade in real estate in Saskatchewan through the reciprocity process. You should have previously received correspondence from the Commission confirming you qualify for the reciprocity process and specifying the allowable time-frame to complete the reciprocity process.
These materials have been compiled on behalf of the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission and contain content from the current Saskatchewan Registration Courses that has been identified as being particularly specific to the province. The materials have been grouped into topics appropriate for those who wish to become a licensed registrant as a salesperson, property manager or as a Broker, Associate Broker or Branch Manager in Saskatchewan. Once you have read and understood the contents of The Real Estate Reciprocity Information Materials; for the class of registration for which you are applying in Saskatchewan, you may sign and date the Declaration Statement and forward it to the Commission office.
For more information related to the reciprocity process and/or the status of an application, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
