CPD 141 - Exploratory Data Analysis: Next Generation Appraisal Techniques
Pre-requisite: this course assumes students have a working knowledge of statistics and computer applications to generate them; students must have completed BUSI 121 / CPD 140 or equivalent. As well, students will benefit from a working knowledge of appraisal theory and practices; recommend prior completion of BUSI 330 or CPD 130 or equivalent (e.g., Trading Services / real estate sales course).
