Alumni network

As a UBC MBA student you will make strong personal and professional connections. Tap into the power of these connections and you’ll experience the enduring value of your degree as you navigate your career.

Your connection to the Sauder alumni community begins as a student, with opportunities to meet MBA alumni at events and through programs hosted by the Business Career Centre. Wherever your career takes you, you’ll remain part of an exclusive group of more than 4,000 UBC MBA alumni who live and work around the world.

Alumni career services

The Hari B. Varshney Business Career Centre supports alumni with Alumni Career Services, including coaching, resources and webinars, job postings and mentor programs.

UBC Sauder alumni clubs

UBC Sauder Alumni Clubs operate in communities with higher concentration of alumni to serve the business, social and professional development interests of their members. Join an alumni club - in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, or London - and get invitations to regular meetings as well as special events. There are also volunteer alumni representatives in other regions of the world working to connect people and services.

Reunions

Alumni reunions, organized by alumni volunteers with the assistance of the Alumni Engagement Office, are a great opportunity to renew friendships, make new connections and have fun.

Continuing professional development

You can audit MBA courses after graduation based on available space and guidelines set by the Graduate Programs Office. This is great way to support a new career direction and build your network.

Volunteer

Focus your energy on a variety of alumni volunteer opportunities that will help you meet new people, acquire new skills and add value to your degree.
