Leading people in a constructive project environment

This program enhances your ability to plan and manage the human factors that play an essential role in every project. Special emphasis will be given to building, leading and motivating teams, as well as communication and stakeholder management. Since human interactions usually involve some degree of friction, you will also learn conflict management techniques to create synergy within a positive workplace environment.

Note: Project Management Act One covers fundamental concepts, tools and practices, while Project Management Act Two looks at the human dimension of managing projects. Although there is no overlap between them, Act Two includes a Challenge exercise that incorporates learning from both programs. We therefore strongly recommend taking Act One before attending this program.
