Planning and delivering successful projects to enable business benefits

Poor project planning and controlling are two key reasons projects fail. This introductory program looks at the total project management process: from initiating and organizing to implementing and closing, with special emphasis on project planning. It will cover the main methods and practices of managing scope, quality, time and cost while at the same time managing risk and stakeholders at every stage of the process.

Note: Project Management Act One covers fundamental concepts, tools and practices, while Project Management Act Two looks at the human dimension of managing projects. There is no overlap between them, but together they form a natural progression of learning.
