Grow your capacity for centred leadership and improved performance
Delivered online in real time
Explore mindfulness as a means for growing your capacity as a centred leader. Practice mindfulness skills to improve your personal effectiveness and well-being, the satisfaction and engagement of your team, and organizational results. Remain calm under stress. Open pathways to innovation and focus your mind to think more strategically.
Online program format
Each day of the program includes facilitator-led online sessions in real time. Sessions are delivered in the morning and afternoon with ample breaks provided. The sessions are highly interactive, enabling you to network with peers, brainstorm ideas, engage in skill-building activities, and receive constructive feedback. You will also have access to self-directed resources (readings, videos, self-assessments etc.) that you can review at any time.
This program will benefit business professionals who wish to reduce stress, increase resilience, better manage themselves, and improve their performance by becoming more self-aware, engaged and effective as leaders.
“A very enlightening and inspiring program that helps one learn more about oneself and how we deal with some key issues like stress, building trust, difficult conversations and feedback.”
