Under normal circumstances, academic documents must be received in official sealed and endorsed envelopes by the issuing institution(s) to be considered official. However, during this time, we are temporarily accepting electronic documents for new applications. The following official documents are acceptable:
Please note that as DAP staff are working remotely during this time, access to mail is limited and there will be a delay in confirming receipt and reviewing documents that are submitted by mail.
If you are unable to submit official documents as above, please contact the DAP office at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unofficial electronic documents may be accepted for review for your application, however, the UBC DAP office reserves the right to request official academic documents before an official admission status can be granted.
UBC DAP alumni and current students are not required to submit UBC transcripts as part of the application process, as DAP Admissions can access official records through the UBC student database system.
