Organizational Culture: Can the Pandemic Make us Better?
We should pay attention to our organization’s culture all the time, let alone during a global crisis. In fact, it’s possible that, for some companies and enterprises, this might be a unique opportunity to reflect on whether or not our culture is strategically relevant and whether or not we are positioned to share the best of what our company has to offer. Join us for this session to uncover how we might leverage some of the mechanisms and building blocks of culture to galvanize the energy and commitment of our people, in order to achieve what our organization was designed to do.
