VANCOUVER, BC – A significant number of alumni from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia have been chosen for inclusion in this year’s Business in Vancouver “Forty Under 40” List, published annually in early-January.
Selected by an independent panel of judges, this year’s recipients, all under the age of 40, are business success stories representing a vast array of industries and sectors in British Columbia.
Sauder alumni on this year’s list include Brad Newby, Douglas Tronsgard, Alan Oishi, David Porte and Craig Dudra. As well, Michelle Ong is an advisory board member for Sauder’s Business Families Centre.
“Each (BIV Forty Under 40) winner consistently displays a dedication to excellence and a drive to succeed that is truly infectious,” says Paul Harris, Business in Vancouver editorial director – special products.
Business in Vancouver's Forty under 40 profiles B.C.'s outstanding entrepreneurs, executives, managers and professionals in public or private business, or in non-profit sectors. Winners are chosen based on such values as achievement, experience and innovation, vision, leadership, and community involvement.
