The successful launch of iQmetrix's new product XQ Interactive Retail required an exceptional marketer who could analyze and communicate its competitive advantage to customers.

They hired Sauder MBA student Fai Stauer for a two-month summer internship to support and help execute the product launch.

We see the MBA internship as an extended job interview. We hired Faai with the intension of offering her a full-time job upon graduation and I'm really happy to say that we were able to do that and she is now a full-time member of our team.
