Alumni network

Alumni career services

The UBC MM will teach you the business skills you need to go further in your career and open up a whole world of new professional opportunities. A big reason for this is the students and alumni you'll meet during the program and after you graduate.

Your connection to the Sauder alumni community begins as a student, with opportunities to meet MM alumni at events and through programs hosted by the Business Career Centre. Wherever your career takes you, you’ll remain part of an exclusive group of UBC MM alumni who live and work around the world.

The Hari B. Varshney Business Career Centre supports alumni over their career lifetime with an Alumni Career Services, including coaching, resources and webinars, job postings and mentor programs.

"There are more than 43,000 Sauder alumni business professionals in 80+ countries."

Sauder Alumni Clubs

Sauder Alumni Clubs operate in communities with higher concentration of alumni to serve the business, social and professional development interests of their members. Join an alumni club - in VancouverCalgaryTorontoShanghaiBeijingHong Kong, or London - and get invitations to regular meetings as well as special events. There are also volunteer alumni representatives in other regions of the world working to connect people and services.

Reunions

Alumni reunions, organized by alumni volunteers with the assistance of the Alumni Engagement Office, are a great opportunity to renew friendships, make new connections and have fun.

Continuing professional development

You can audit MBA courses after graduation based on available space and guidelines set by the Graduate Programs Office. This is great way to support a new career direction and build your network.

Volunteer

Focus your energy on a variety of alumni volunteer opportunities that will help you meet new people, acquire new skills and add value to your degree.
