UBC Sauder is committed to diversity, inclusion and the dignity of all people. We reject inequity and racism in all their forms. We recognize that we have an obligation to model inclusive and nondiscriminatory practices at UBC Sauder.

We also recognize that incidents may occur in the classroom and elsewhere that are inappropriate and upsetting. UBC Sauder takes complaints of sexual misconduct, discrimination, bullying and harassment very seriously. We provide open channels for reporting such incidents and have implemented measures to address their consequences and prevent their recurrence.
