Nicolle Browne
With 12+ years of international experience, Nicolle has specialized in personal and professional development including leadership development, reflexive learning, and career coaching. She has worked with and taught diverse groups at the BBA, Master and Executive Education levels as well as corporate clients in their leadership and careers. Her mission: to support future leaders in attaining personally meaningful impact and to thrive in work and life. She is known for her ability to creating create a rich space for exploration, having the tough talks, and empowering clients to leverage their strengths and wisdom in moving forward towards goals that are authentic.
With a Master degree in psychology, Nicolle is a certified Organizational Coach and has ACC International Coaching Federations (ICF) designation. She is also a certified trainer of William Bridge’s Leading Organizational Transitions and is certified in the Emotional Capital Report (ECR) and ECR 360 Assessment.
