Online Syllabus Publisher

Managing course syllabi consumes significant time and energy at Sauder. Creating, publishing, up-dating and sharing current versions is a chore few enjoy.

To make this process more efficient, and to respond to both institutional initiatives in curriculum management and up-coming accreditation requirements, Sauder has licensed an out-of-the-box system for online syllabus management.

This new syllabus publisher tool (Concourse from Intellidemia) is easy to use, flexible and dynamic.

Find out more about the system's features and benefits here.

Timeline

This year, We're moving all existing syllabi for our programs into the new system.  The Dean's Office is asking all teaching personnel at the School to send in their syllabi for the up-coming semester as soon as possible to be uploaded.  (Send them to syllabus@sauder.ubc.ca).  More information about the launch is available here.  See the timeline below for a breakdown.

Over the next year, the LTS team will work through the process of customizing the system and integrating it with UBC's authentication and student information systems.  By Fall 2012, all features and benefits of the new system will be available.
