Academic Technologies

LTS helps faculty and staff incorporate technology into the classroom, from Learning Management Systems to Classroom Support

Administrative Technologies

LTS offers support for online room bookings, purchasing, and other administrative applications.

Audio-Visual & Presentation

LTS supports faculty and staff with academic technologies such as Kaltura as well as digital signage and audio-visual loaner equipment.

Computers & Printers

LTS delivers desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals for offices and for computer labs.

Email & Calendaring

LTS provides faculty and staff with front-line support for email, calendaring and online room bookings.

Information Security

In collaboration with UBC IT, LTS provides faculty and staff with anti-virus and other security tools to keep information secure.

Login & Passwords

LTS provides faculty and staff with support for secure access to academic and administrative applications and resources.

Servers & Storage

LTS works with UBC IT to provide faculty and staff server provisioning and file storage support.

Social Media & Collaboration

LTS supports technologies that help faculty and staff stay connected through virtual student participation, online teaching or collaborating across campuses.

Web Publishing & Hosting

LTS provides web publishing support services that include web design, development and content management (Sitecore CMS).
