Turnaround Times

Below are the guidelines for the turnaround times for printing/copying requests submitted to the Duplication Services Centre. It would be helpful if you could plan as much in advance as possible.

GUIDELINES FOR STANDARD PRINT JOBS
 Size of Job Completion Time 
 501-5,000 pages 4 business hours from time received 
 5,001-10,000 pages 1 business day from time received 
 10,000+ 2 business days from time received 
GUIDELINES FOR RUSH PRINT JOBS
Less than 500 pages RUSH jobs: 2 business hours from time received
GUIDELINES FOR COMPLICATED PRINT JOBS
Complicated jobs, e.g
  • When multiple files are sent with different printing requirements (different colour paper for different files, mix paper types), or
  • When colour pages/tabs need to be inserted, or
  • When special finishing is required, etc.
 2 business days from time received
