Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course
Designed for entry-level students who want to become licensed to sell real estate in British Columbia.

Rental Property Management Licensing Course
Designed for entry-level students who want to become licensed to provide rental property management services in British Columbia.

Strata Management Licensing Course
Designed for entry-level students who want to become licensed to provide strata management services in British Columbia.

Broker's Licensing Course
Designed for students who are already licensed (or have been licensed) and want to become licensed as a brokerage, associate broker or managing broker.

Mortgage Brokerage in British Columbia Course
Designed for students who want to satisfy the minimum educational requirements to become registered as a sub-mortgage broker in BC.

PAMA Professional Development and Relicensing Education Program (REP) PAMA logo
The Real Estate Division is proud to partner with PAMA in making their continuing education courses available using the Real Estate Division's distance delivery services. PAMA's approved Relicensing Education Program (REP) courses earn 1 full day credit for relicensing as well as 6 credits for Real Estate Board PDP. RECBC Remedial Education BCREA logo
The Remedial Education Courses are designed for those individuals who have been required to complete a remedial course of studies either by the Real Estate Council of British Columbia pursuant to Section 43-2(f) of the Real Estate Services Act or by consent order, or as required by a professional association of which they are a member. The Remedial Education Courses consist of selected material from the licensing courses as well as instructive information collected from recent disciplinary decisions.
