Real Estate Course Specialist

Help enhance the learning experience for our real estate students as a member of our academic team, you will draw on your BCom degree in Real Estate or Finance and your initial real estate experience in establishing and maintaining the Division's distance education courses and examinations. Your work will focus primarily on academic operations, program development, and student relations. Excellent team environment and benefits package. Salary level: $47,315-56,799.

Junior Real Estate Course Specialist

This position is an entry-level position, with typical responsibilities including writing assignment and examination materials and assisting in course materials development; participating in curriculum reviews; redesigning existing materials to meet client needs; marking of examinations and assignments; and acting as a content and academic advisor to a wide range of students. The position contributes to the creation of curricular content within a specific academic discipline. Salary level: $40,565 - 48,697.

Real Estate Education Assistant

The UBC Real Estate Division is looking for third year Real Estate or Finance students to provide telephone and e-mail support to real estate correspondence students on topics such as mortgage finance, appraisal and urban land economics. Other duties include creating and editing real estate course materials (such as assignments, exams, etc.) and occasional research on various real estate topics. This position will give the successful applicant an advantage on some topics covered in third and fourth year Real Estate courses. Wage: $18 per hour.
