Compliance Officer (trading services)
Real Estate Council of British Columbia

The Council requires an individual to join, on a  one-year contract, (with the potential for the position to become permanent),  our compliance team for the intake, assessment and investigation of primarily  trading services related complaints against real estate licensees. Experience  in the trading services sector as a managing broker or associate broker and/or  experience serving as a member of a real estate board’s business practices  committee is required. The position requires excellent verbal and written  communication skills, excellent judgment and analytical skills, dispute  resolution skills as well as strong organizational abilities and computer  proficiency.
