Office Administrator
London Pacific is a commercial real estate brokerage that is committed to "creating value" for its clients by assisting them acquire, assemble, dispose of, or invest in land suitable for development. We are currently seeking a talented and skilled individual with a keen interest in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare conveyancing reports and perform other closing procedures for property sales
- Manage strata documents, maintenance and quotes for both our building and office
- Create and maintain marketing brochures, sales signs, business cards
- Update and maintain listings and changes on website
- Perform preliminary research for potential land assemblies and development opportunities
- Catalogue key and upcoming areas in neighbourhood plans
- Provide Comparative Market Analysis and Comparables for developments under construction
- Document formal business contracts, agreements, amendments, and letters to clients
- Perform accounting and clerical work for A/R and A/P
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in either: Financial Management, Business Management or Business
Administration
- Excellent verbal, written, customer service, organizational skills
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience using Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, Corel Paintshop, Photoshop
- Licensed in Trading Services and or working on obtaining a Trading Services License
