Burgess, Cawley, Sullivan & Associates is one of the larger real estate appraisal/advisory and property tax consulting firms in Western Canada, having been established more than 30 years ago.  Our scope of work encompasses all types of commercial real estate and multi-family projects throughout the Province.  Clients include developers, institutional investors, lawyers, government agencies, private equity, etc.  

The successful applicant is a motivated self-starter that is also able to work efficiently in a team setting.  You possess strong analytical skills, excellent writing, and are deadline-oriented.  You enjoy a dynamic industry and being challenged.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential, and a background in AIC courses and valuation-related programs such as Argus are a bonus.
