Licensed Real Estate Broker

Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC


  • organizing & overseeing office operations from 120 Realtors from 2 locations
  • advising & supporting staff, agents, & consumers;
  • designing & implementing training & recruitment programs to hire Real Estate Agents
  • embracing innovation & technology; Social Media – Linkedin and Facebook
  • maintaining a high degree of professional understanding of the industry.

Skills & Experience:

  • Associate Brokers License
  • 5 years of real estate experience
  • Must be ambitious and outgoing
  • Good people skills, must be intuitive
  • Solid networking skills, a natural connector
  • Must be able to multi-task


  • $50,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Bonus with recruiting


  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5pm
  • Must be able to respond to realtors after hours
