Strata Management Position
Job Location: Prince George, BC Job Status : Full-time, Permanent Start Date : ASAP
Job Description:
Property management company looking for a full-time Strata Manager to manage the company portfolio of properties in Prince George and area. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 12:30pm-9:00pm.
Job Duties:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- reviewing property accounts
- correspondence with contractors, owners, and clients
- issuing letters and notices
- imposing fines and penalties on behalf of council
- attending strata council meetings
- arranging contracting work for properties
- preparing and/or reviewing strata property minutes
- liason with strata council and owners
- may include after hour and weekend trips
Job Qualifications:
Qualifications of consideration:
- licensed or must be able to become licensed in Strata Management
- knowledge in computer software ie. MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- well-mannered with superior conflict resolution skills
- good customer service and people skills a must
- quick to respond to emergencies and adapt to changes
- typing speed of 60wpm
- Excellent English communication skills in Speaking, Reading, Writing & Listening
- Strata council experience an asset
