Junior Property Manager

Our client, a boutique, Vancouver based, full service Real Estate company is currently looking for a Junior Property Manager to join their growing team. 
 
This is a great opportunity to join an organization with tremendous experience on its side as they look to grow their business.  Initially you will work on a mixed portfolio of around 20 properties.  You will be taking direct ownership for your properties and will be handling lease enquiries, dealing with maintenance issues and complaints and other general day to day activities.  As your expertise progresses you will have the opportunity to work with additional properties and you will expand your knowledge as a result. 
 
In order to be considered for this role you should ideally be able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese.  You will have a Property Management license and you should have at least 1 year’s experience in Property Management.
 
To be a good fit you should have a serious interest in the Property Management industry and you should be engaged with industry associations and enjoy networking and developing professional relationships.  You can expect to work in a very collaborative office environment and this will lead to excellent professional growth.
