Job Description: FRASER VALLEY RESIDENTIAL APPRAISER NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

Campbell & Pound 1939 Appraisals Ltd. is currently looking for an experienced appraiser with a min. of a CRA designation or Candidate nearing designation. The residential appraisal assignments would be in Abbotsford, Mission, and Chilliwack areas of the Fraser Valley. An individual that would like a variety of residential appraisal assignments working from their own home or company sub-office. Must be computer literate, familiar with CRAL CSA software, meeting demanding time lines, insured under the AIC Professional Liability Program, hold a valid BC Drivers License with their own insured vehicle. This position requires some networking opportunities, client data base organizational management skill, full appraisal and critical thinking skills, along with compentance in residential FROM report valuation. Successful candidate will be a resident of one of the mentioned communities, designated by AIC, and a self starter. An appraiser who is also experienced in the residential market in these communties and holds the same high standards possessed by all team members of Campbell & Pound. This position replaces an appraiser who has been running our Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission office for the past 16 years.
