As a result of its continuing growth and its management succession planning, Century Group is creating the new position of VP Corporate Development, working closely with the President.  This is a senior leadership role that will have a broad range of involvement in providing overall strategic, financial and governance advice with a focus on specific responsibilities in real estate acquisition and development, and joint venture and partnership structures.

You should have a successful record at a senior level in initiating and delivering substantial real estate development projects. You are committed to sustainability, innovation and excellence in your projects.  Additionally you should have strong general management and financial skills, and an appreciation of family businesses and their governance.
