Classic Appraisal Consultants is an established full-service appraisal firm in Medicine Hat, Alberta. We have been in business since 1993. We are currently seeking a full-time real estate appraiser or AACI candidate to join our staff. The applicant must be willing to relocate to Medicine Hat. A 3.0 GPA or better is preferred, and the applicant must have, or be well on his/her way, to attaining a university degree. Prior to employment, the applicant must have successfully completed the following two courses: AIC 101 – Introduction to the Appraisal Profession and BUSI 330 – Foundations of Real Estate Appraisal. The applicant should also possess good analytical and communication skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for completing appraisals of all property types (residential, commercial, agricultural), with a primary focus on commercial. Training and assistance will be provided as needed. Salary will be commensurate on experience, education, and work performance. There will be opportunity for partnership or full ownership of the firm for the right individual, once AACI designation is attained.
