Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Senior Management team, the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for providing leadership and overall direction to the Finance and Information Technology functions in order to enable Concert Properties to achieve its goals and objectives. You will lead the development and implementation of initiatives and associated financial policies for the organization that are sustainable, innovative and allow Concert Properties to manage risk and leverage assets. You will maintain the information infrastructure and ensure there is an interaction of systems to deliver sound financial information that helps support decision-making and financial accountability throughout the organization.
As the ideal candidate, you are a highly successful senior financial executive who has been responsible for overseeing both the finance and information infrastructure for a medium to large company. Superior interpersonal and communication skills and a proven innovative and entrepreneurial track record are your hallmarks. You have demonstrated leadership and have been successful in developing, implementing and evaluating financial and accounting systems that provide a high level of service and performance. Your degree in commerce or business administration is augmented by a CA designation. Ideally, you have worked closely with a Board of Directors, have been an integral part of a senior leadership team, and have had experience in the real estate industry.
