* Students writing multiple examinations should note that if they choose Langley as their examination centre, only the regularly scheduled exam will take place in Langley, all others will take place in Vancouver.

At the time of registration, students select an examination centre from the list of established centres. If you would prefer to write your exam in a different established exam centre, you must notify the Real Estate Division at least 30 days prior to the examination date. Further information on the exact time and location of your examination will be made available from your Coures Resources webpage at least 10 days prior to the exam date.

Special Examination Centres

Students who reside more than 100 kilometres from an established centre, may apply to have a Special Examination Centre established. The fee to have a Special Examination Centre established is $200. All special examination centre requests must be made online in writing, no later than 30 days prior to the final exam, stating your preferred location. The Real Estate Division cannot guarantee your choice of location but will endeavour to accommodate you within a reasonable distance.

Exam Registration

Registrations must be received by the Real Estate Division at least 30 days prior to the examination date.

Students are automatically registered for an exam at the time of course registration. Students seeking to register for Deferred or Rewrite Examinations can do so online from their Course Resources webpage.
