The Real Estate Division's AIC Program offers courses leading to both the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) and the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designations.

UBC-AIC Post-Graduate Certificate Program in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) 
Developed for business school graduates across Canada who want to gain skills and abilities specific to real property valuation. Meets the education course requirements for AIC's AACI designation.

Certificate Program in Real Property Assessment
Developed in cooperation wtih the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), this program covers the fundamental concepts of appraisal, assessment administration and computer assisted mass appraisal.
