UBC-AIC Post-Graduate Certificate Program in Real Property Valuation (PGCV)

UBC-AIC Certificate in Residential Valuation

UBC–IAAO Distance Education Certificate Program in Real Property Assessment
This program meets the educational course requirements for the IAAO's Certified Assessment Evaluator (CAE) and Residential Evaluation Specialist (RES) designations. For US residents.
