There are two ways to apply for housing.
Apply by Fax: You may apply by fax even before applying to the UBC MM-ECM program. In fact, as housing demand is greater than our supply, this is recommended. You do not need to have a UBC student number or application reference number to apply by fax using the paper application.
Apply Online: You may apply online 5 business days after submitting your UBC MM-ECM online application. In order to apply online for UBC housing, you will first need to create a Campus Wide Login (CWL) and this will require your UBC MM-ECM application reference number. The online application will prompt you to create a CWL. The online application for year-round housing is open on an ongoing basis.
