UBC Professional MBA

Take your career to new heights

The 24-month UBC Professional MBA (PMBA) offered by UBC Sauder School of Business’ Robert H. Lee Graduate School is designed for working professionals prepared to become business leaders. With classes every second or third weekend and online exams, UBC PMBA students will learn how to think like top-level management, apply what they learn to their jobs, and accelerate their career growth.  The application for the January 2018 Entry is now open.

Accelerate your business skills with residencies

UBC PMBA students will also take part in three 8-day professional residencies during their time in the program, covering themes from competitive strategy to business development. Students will build networks, engage in professional development activities, and dive intensely into their course materials.

Built-in professional development

PMBA students will have access to the award-winning services of the Hari B. Varshney Business Career Centre, including one-on-one dedicated career coaching, exclusive job networks, and mentorship programs to make the career shifts they seek.

UBC is consistently ranked as one of the world’s top 40 research institutions. UBC is also the most international university in all of North America, and is #12 among all universities in the world, as ranked by Times Higher Education. UBC Sauder is one of Canada’s top business schools in Canada, ranked by Maclean’s magazine, and Times Higher Education ranks us the #1 university in Canada to study business and economics.

And even though you’re studying and working in Vancouver, it doesn’t mean you won’t be able to reap the global benefits. PMBA students will have the option to embark on a summer study abroad with one of our 36 global partners, or earn credit with online courses from other GNAM partners.
