Learn with the Best and the Brightest
Intelligent, enthusiastic, creative and committed--the calibre of our students is a key strength of the program. Their individuality, diverse occupational and cultural backgrounds, different points of view and standards of excellence enrich the program experience.
Admission is based on a careful review of academic records, GMAT scores, work experience, essays and letters of recommendation. Upon acceptance, you will take your place alongside some of the most capable students enrolled in an MBA program anywhere and make friends and business contacts that will last a lifetime.
As a UBC MBA student, you will become part of the MBA Society (MBAS), the student government that coordinates student activities and sponsors a wide range of professional and social events. Members of the MBAS executive meet regularly with the MBA Director and faculty providing a student perspective on academic and administrative matters. The Society is comprised of over 200 current Full Time, Part Time, and International MBA's. Through the operation of 14 Clubs, an eight member Executive Council, and six Representatives, the Society adds value to the educational and extra-curricular experiences of each of its members.
