UBC Housing & Conferences
There are two main options for housing through UBC Housing & Conferences:
Housing contracts are made for 12-month periods and can be extended after the initial 12 months. The following year-round housing residences are recommended for UBC MBA students.
September – April Housing
This type of housing is aimed at undergraduate students who typically study from September – April each year. As the contract length and the age of student living in this type of housing does not fit with the UBC MBA Program schedule and student body, the following September – April residences are not recommended for UBC MBA students.

How To Apply
Online applications for UBC Housing are available. You may apply for UBC Housing before being admitted to the UBC MBA Program. We recommend that you apply for housing as soon as possible. In general, the demand for on-campus housing is greater then the available supply. Family housing is in even shorter supply.
Please note that UBC Housing is run separately from the MBA Office; we are unable to secure housing on students' behalf.
