Melbourne Business School is Australia’s leading business school – owned and managed by the business community and the University of Melbourne. The school’s reputation was confirmed by the Financial Times in 2005, which ranked MBS’s full-time MBA program No.1 in Australia.
The School focuses on cutting-edge business themes in a well structured, pro-active and collaborative study environment, using cases and teaching materials focusing on Australian, Asian and global management issues. The exceptional cultural, experiential, and gender diversity of the student body at MBS contributes to a rewarding learning experience for study abroad and exchange students.
“It’s a smaller city that is easy to get around. The tram system is pretty good and reliable. The University is a 15-minute walk to the CBD (central business district). There are many alleys to explore in the CBD where you can find small cafes and bars.”

“MBS is very international. It will give you the possibility to work together with many different international students. Melbourne is not a beautiful city but offers a lot culture wise. It is not situated at the Ocean (like Sydney). If you want to live close to the water, live at St. Kilda, but be aware that it will take you 40 minutes to get to school (you won’t have classes every day, though).”
