Bruce Wiesner is the Associate Dean, Executive Education, providing overall leadership and strategic direction of business development and operations. A graduate of the Sauder School, Wiesner brings to the team over twenty years of management and senior executive experience and a proven track record in leading successful growth strategies within the publishing and media industries. Bruce was previously Senior Vice-President of Canada Wide Media Ltd and has also held several senior positions at Quebecor World Inc. including Regional Vice-President and spent several years with Pitney Bowes in sales management roles.

Gordon Rein | BBA (Honors), MBA
Program Director - Open Enrollment
Gordon is Program Director of the Open Enrollment portfolio of programs at Executive Education. With more than 20 years of experience in program design, marketing, and management in both the private and public sectors, Gordon works with individuals and organizations to identify performance goals and to design creative solutions to meet their goals. Gordon has taught Marketing, Statistics and Organization Behavior courses at the Undergraduate, Graduate, and Executive level.

Séan Corbishley | BA, Master's Cert. Project Management
Program Director - Accelerated Leadership Program, EMBA in Health Care
Séan is the Program Director of Canada’s only EMBA in Health Care, as well as Sauder’s flagship program on leadership. He works with public and private health care organizations to build awareness of our unique EMBA offering. He also works with a variety of clients who create their next generation of strategic leaders with the Accelerated Leadership Program. Séan has been involved in private sector and post-secondary training for the past seven years. His experience includes designing, implementing, and managing training programs for some of Canada’s largest corporations and public sector organizations.

Helen Gregson | BA
Business Development Manager, Domestic
Working across the broad spectrum of flexible learning solutions available at the Sauder School, Helen works with both individuals and organizations to enable them to address complex business challenges. Helen works with clients to develop a clear understanding of their needs and objectives and determine the relevant educational approach, whether it be attendance in the Accelerated Leadership Program, the EMBA in Healthcare or Open Enrollment courses, or through a fully customized program aligned to the specific strategy, culture and values of an organization. She has previous experience working with Executive Education at the London Business School as well as a background in sales and marketing.

Penny Chang | BCom, MBA
Business Development Manager, International
On sabbatical until June 2012
Penny Chang is the Business Development Manager, International and is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic B2B sales plan for Sauder Executive Education. Penny works with public and private sector clients from across the globe to identify performance goals and determine creative solutions for addressing a variety of organizational development needs. Her previous experience includes HR management and business development in the consulting and education industry, including her most recent role as Assistant Director of MBA Recruitment and Admissions at the University of Maryland.
