During the program development phase we consulted with a wide range of health care professionals provincially and nationally. Consultation sessions have been held with senior executive leaders in health care, researchers, frontline managers and key educators in the area of health care. As a result, the program represents a systemic approach to understanding and responding to the key issues in health care. The development of the program has been and will continue to be informed by leading research and by an Advisory Board comprised of senior leaders and experts from the health care industry.
