The Sauder School of Business Centre for CEO Leadership is a unique forum for Canada's leading CEOs. The senior most members of the business community, those with the most influence on what shapes our lives, society and economy, have reduced opportunities for valuable professional development. Standard executive programs are simply no longer relevant, and the size of the peer group is dramatically diminished.
In response, the Centre is dedicated to supporting senior leadership, promoting its continued research, and enabling the transfer of knowledge between business leaders and their organizations. The Centre was established following extensive research, where CEOs specified the priorities and themes most important to them. CEO feedback indicated that a membership approach would encourage the creation of strong and trusting relationships within the group, essential to effective knowledge exchange.
