Ideal for Seasoned Senior Leaders
ALP is designed to develop individuals with excellent prospects for leadership and participants are selected from a broad cross-section of business functions, industries, and countries. To be considered, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- be identified by their organization as a high-potential performer
- have at least six to ten years of managerial and leadership experience
- exhibit a base level of understanding in functional business areas such as accounting, finance, marketing, technology, and operations
