Judi Cunningham
Judi is co-founder and Executive Director of the Business Families Centre and part of a second generation business family. She has her Master’s degree in Family Systems Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Judi designed the Family Enterprise Advisor Program and is a faculty member of the Sauder School of Business delivering programs for both families and their professional advisors. Judi has nearly twenty years of experience as an organizational development consultant, facilitator, leadership coach and marriage and family therapist.

Noel Z. Golden
Noel Golden is the founding partner of the Golden Advisory Group and was previously a partner and regional leader of the Wealth Management practice of Canada's largest law firm, Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Noel draws on close to 20 years of broad based business and legal experience to advise family enterprises and their stakeholders on all aspects of succession and transition, corporate and family governance, wealth management, wills, estates and trusts and other commercial matters. Noel also oversees the operation of his own family enterprises in the real estate and long term personal care/nursing home industries.

Laura assists business leaders and their families to achieve exceptional results both at work and at home. She specializes in coaching families to create more effective relationships, open communication, clarify family vision, values and goals, and align goals with their businesses. Laura earned a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Learning, and has a leadership coaching designation.

Michael N. McGrann
Michael is Executive Director of the S. Dale High Center for Family Business at Elizabethtown College. He teaches in the areas of entrepreneurship, new venture creation, and family enterprising, helping family businesses continue their legacy of entrepreneurship. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Cornell, an MBA from Wharton School of Business, and an MA in International Studies, also from the University of Pennsylvania.

Wendy Sage-Hayward
Wendy is a leadership coach, consultant and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience. She is an expert in assisting family members to collaboratively create systems, structures and relationships that help them function as effective stewards of their enterprise. Wendy holds a Master’s Degree in Family Systems Psychology and is trained as an ontological coach.

Amy, a principle of The Family Business Consulting Group Inc., works with family businesses on leadership development, communication skills and team building to help them function as effective stewards of their enterprises. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA. She authored Nurturing the Talent to Nurture the Legacy and co-authored Family Education for Business Owning Families with John Ward.

Ruth Steverlynck
Ruth is a Principal with RES Consulting Group and holds an honors law degree. She specializes in all aspects of business family gover-nance with particular knowledge and skills in facilitating dialogue amongst family members, building trust and managing family conflicts. Ruth ran the PWC Centre for Entrepreneurship and Family Business and was a VP of Wealth Services with BMO Harris Private Banking.
